KQ SPORTS WEATHER POLICY:
If the real feel temperature is at 40 degrees or below at or after 10:00AM - Games will be cancelled for the day. No Opt Out option will be given going forward. Teams need to be aware of our refund policy prior to entering one of our tournaments.
0 Games Started: Entry fee and prepaid game minus $50.00 administrative fee
1 Game Started: 50% of entry fee & 50% of gate fee refunded.
2 Game Started: No refunds
KQ SPORTS TEAM OPT OUT POLICY:
Baseball:
If a team opts out 2 weeks or less, there will be no refund on the entry fee.
Gate Fee will be refunded if a team opts out 3 to 4 weeks out; we will hold an admin fee of $100.
For four weeks or more, there will be a full refund
Basketball:
$25 admin fee if cancelled by inclement weather
- Drop before 2 weeks from the tournament is a full refund minus $25 -
Drop within 2 weeks of the tournament - no refund
Softball:
If a team opts out 2 weeks or less, there will be no refund on the entry fee.
Gate Fee will be refunded if a team opts out 3 to 4 weeks out; we will hold an admin fee of $75.
For four weeks or more, there will be a full refund
